Oopbuy Shipping Guide: How to Send Your Parcel Safely
Shipping is the second payment stage of agent shopping. First you pay for the product. Then, after the item reaches the Oopbuy warehouse and passes QC, you choose how to ship your parcel internationally. A good shipping decision can save money, reduce risk and prevent delays.
1. Wait until items are Warehouse Received
Do not plan the final shipment until Oopbuy has received your items and uploaded QC photos. Warehouse arrival confirms the item is physically in Oopbuy storage and ready for inspection.
2. Review QC before adding to a parcel
Check every item before shipping. Look for wrong size, wrong color, missing accessories, obvious damage, poor stitching, logo issues, stains, broken packaging or anything that would make you reject the item. Shipping a bad item internationally is much harder to fix later.
3. Build a parcel with weight and volume in mind
International shipping price depends on actual weight and volumetric weight. Shoes, bags and boxed items can cost more because packaging takes space. Removing shoeboxes or unnecessary packaging can reduce volume, but only do this when you are comfortable losing retail packaging protection.
4. Compare available shipping lines
Do not choose a line only because it is cheap. Compare delivery estimate, tracking quality, insurance, destination support, item restrictions, tax handling and parcel size limits. Some lines are better for clothing, others for shoes or heavier mixed hauls.
5. Check restrictions before payment
Shipping lines can restrict electronics, batteries, liquids, cosmetics, branded goods, oversized items or certain materials. If your parcel contains restricted products, split the shipment or choose another line before paying.
6. Use coupons and balance before submitting
Before final payment, check whether a Oopbuy coupon, account bonus or balance discount can be applied to the parcel. Confirm the final payable amount inside Oopbuy, because campaign rules and minimum spend can change.
7. Submit the parcel and keep tracking details
After payment, Oopbuy packs and dispatches your parcel. Save the parcel number, tracking number, shipping line, declared details and screenshots. Tracking can take time to update after handoff, so do not panic if the first update is delayed.
